2. The product

The Invoice Chasing Email Pack is personalised digital content supplied as an editable Word document and Excel tracker with a PDF reference copy. It contains staged payment-reminder wording, response prompts and a follow-up tracker. It is supplied in English and is designed for current desktop versions of Microsoft Word and Excel or compatible software able to open DOCX, XLSX and PDF files.

3. Price and ordering

The total one-off price shown before purchase is , with no delivery charge or subscription. The checkout page will show the final amount payable, including any applicable tax, before the customer places the order. .

An order is accepted when Stripe confirms payment and we send or display order confirmation. We may reject or refund an order where payment cannot be verified, the requested content is unlawful or abusive, or fulfilment is not reasonably possible.

4. Immediate digital supply and cancellation

Checkout requires an express request for personalisation and digital supply to begin during the 14-day cancellation period, together with acknowledgement that the statutory right to cancel is lost once supply begins. The confirmation email will record that consent and provide these terms in a form the customer can keep.

If supply has not begun and a cancellation right applies, the customer may cancel within 14 days by emailing or using the model form in the refund and cancellation policy. These provisions do not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

5. Personalisation and delivery

The customer must provide accurate, lawful information and an email address they control. Delivery is intended within minutes after the personalisation form is completed and payment is verified, but temporary technical interruptions may cause delay. We will investigate reported failures and re-send or regenerate files where appropriate.

6. Quality and remedies

Digital content supplied to a consumer must be of satisfactory quality, fit for a disclosed purpose and as described. If it is faulty, materially not as described or not delivered, contact us promptly. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the remedy may include repair, replacement, re-performance, price reduction or refund.

7. Licence and intellectual property

After payment, the customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to edit and use the delivered pack for their own internal business administration. The customer may send the personalised messages in the ordinary course of their business. They must not resell, sublicense, publish or distribute the templates as a competing product. DBH Atlas Group Ltd retains ownership of the underlying templates, design, software, workflow and brand. The customer retains ownership of information they submit and grants us permission to process it only as needed to fulfil and support the order.

8. Appropriate use and reliance

The pack is an operational communication tool, not legal, tax, accounting, credit-control or debt-recovery advice. The customer remains responsible for checking invoice facts, contracts, interest, compensation, deadlines and any threatened legal or enforcement action. The product must not be used to harass, deceive or unlawfully pressure another person.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or mandatory consumer rights. For business customers only, and subject to those exclusions, our total liability arising from an affected order will not exceed the price paid for that order, and we will not be liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, revenue, opportunity or data. Consumer customers retain all remedies required by law.

10. Complaints, law and changes

Email complaints to . We aim to acknowledge them promptly and resolve them fairly. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives a consumer the right to bring proceedings elsewhere. The version displayed and supplied at the time of an order applies to that order.
